La “Comisión Teoló­ gica Internacional” (CTI), reasume el problema (a.2007). Rechaza la teoría del limbo. Afirma que la teología actual no tiene respuesta positiva, concreta a la pregunta formulada. Pero queda firma la posibilidad de que Dios tenga otros caminos para salvar a estos niños. El creyente debe tener “esperanza supli­ cante”, esperar y pedir que tal posibilidad se concretice. Según el autor, la pro­ puesta de la CTI es piadosa, devota; pero traslada la solución del problema al lejano, ilimitado, ideal del mundo de los posibles. Por su parte, él, como firme conclusión teológica, derivada del dogma de la voluntad salvadora de Dios, afirma y procura demostrar: estos niños nacen en Gracia, mueren en Gracia y Dios los recibe en su Gloria. The International Theological Commission (ITC) has discussed again the problem in 2007. The aforementioned Commission rejects the “Limbo theory” and states that the pre­ sent theology has no positive answer to the formulated question. At the same time, the Commission maintains the possibility that God had other ways to save these Infants. The believer must have the “supplicant hope”, and has to hope and to ask that such possibility may be realized. According to the author, the proposal of the International Theological Commission is pious and devout, but it moves the solution of the problem to the remote ideal of the possible world. The author comes to the firm theological conclusion, founded on the dogma of God’s Salvific Will, that these Infants are born in Grace, die in Grace and are received by God in his Glory.
