Frankl y Martin E. P. Seligman. Del primero se analiza su discurso, desde la perspectiva existencial, del proceso de búsqueda de sentido vital (desde la frustración o vacío existencial hasta el suprasentido). Del segundo, desde la óptica de la Psicología Positiva, se exponen y discuten los tres niveles propuestos por este autor (vida placentera, vida plena y vida significativa). Además de establecer las correspondencias de ambos posicionamientos, se esbozan las líneas aplicadas al ámbito educativo que deberían integrarse en la acción docente para conseguir personas más felices con proyectos vitales que prevengan la frustración existencial. Este planteamiento es congruente con el constructo de competencia actitudinal (saber ser) que se maneja en el EEES, y que completa la formación integral en el proceso de Bolonia. In this article there is an operacionalization of the integral formation of the university students based on the positions of two big figures of the psychologi- cal science: Viktor E. Frankl and Martin E. P. Seligman. From the first one, the speech is analyzed, from the existential perspective, of the process of search of vital (from the frustration or existential hole until the suprasense). From the second one, from the optics of the Positive Psychology, they are exposed and the three levels proposed by this author (pleasant life, full life and significant life) discussed. Besides establishing the correspondences of both positionings, the lines are sketched applied to the educational environment that you/they should be integrated in the educational action to get happier people with vital projects that
