The Inter-University ofFranciscan Studies and the International Society of Franciscan Studies of Assisi organised the customary "Seminario di formazione in storia religiosa (secoli XIII-XV)" from 14 to 26 June. From 21 to 24 June the XIII National Congress of the "Associazione Sci– entifica di Produzione Anímale'' took place in Piacenza, and was dedicated to the theme Problemi di bioetica nell'allevamento anímale. The Friar Minor Conventual Bemard J. Przewozny of the "Centro F1:ancescso di Studi Ambientali" of the Theology Faculty of St Bonaventure, Rome, presented the paper La custodia re– sponsabile degli animali. CE.
