The only responsible in the matter in question is the Bidasoa Railway Company. The said Company has acknowledged its fault and apo– logized sincerely fort it. In consequence of it, I beg you to keep the goods in your deposit for some days. Now then, as far as I am concerned and to settle this · unfortunate affair to your best advantage, l am villing to allow you a discount of 20 °lo, instead of the firstly stipulated price.
